After photographing my fancy bruschetta burgers I wanted to make sure I still had a nice classic burger photograph to work with. I had also found a recipe in one of my Taste of Home magazines for microwaved potato chips. I know what you are thinking, believe me, I thought it too. However, these potato chips were delicious!
All I did was take 2 medium sized red potatoes, sliced very very thin, brushed both sides with olive oil, sprinkled an garlic and onion spice medley on the tops of each medallion. Then microwave each side for 3 mins until crispy. Super easy and tasty! Enjoy the photos! Hope they make you HUNGRRRYY!!
