Last night I made cupcakes which were poured into ice cream cones. The batter was chocolate with chocolate chip chunks added in. It was an interesting technique, which I wasn’t really sure would turn out. Luckily, it did! The tops were then dipped in a chocolate ganache and topped with some confetti sprinkles. They were actually pretty difficult to photograph. I used three lights and several fill and reflectors to get this lighting set up. Hope you like them. (ps. I have plenty of leftovers)
