M&P Diptychs

This week’s theme for M&P is Diptychs. This is the compilation of two images to create one single image. Most diptychs relate to one another in some way, but some are more abstract. I chose to create more literal diptych, trying to continue to explore high key lighting, macro photography, and this time attempting a white on white look. The yellow you see is simply the flash from my equipment being filtered through the enclosing petals of the rose which was more of an ivory color. Notice the subtle heart shape that forms in the right side image in the center of the rose.

Press up against my heart and feel it pound. It’s only love & everything.
